who is alex natera?
Alex is a global leader in Strength & Conditioning and High Performance Sport. With 25 years of experience working internationally across multiple institutes of sport in Europe, Australasia, and the Middle East, professional football codes from the EPL to the AFL.
Alex has directly supported athletes and managed performance teams to break World Records, win Olympic Medals, World Championships and Premierships across a mixture of 18 different sports.
Alex is a sought-after speaker, presenter and educator with consultancy roles across major sporting bodies from the NBA to the EPL as well as sitting on several advisory panels and performing ambassadorship roles for high profile sport technology and training equipment design companies.
While most of Alex’s experience have been leading and implemented strategy for Performance Support teams over the years, he has also performed Assistant and Head Technical Coaching roles in both Rugby Union and Track & Field Sprint programs.
